Registration
Registration will begin on December 27 and will run through January 11. The opening night of classes is on January 14, which begins with a brief orientation assembly of everyone who is planning to attend the winter semester including children, youth and adults. Immediately following the assembly, everyone will be dismissed to their specific classes to meet your teachers, pick up your materials and begin with an introduction to your study. Many of our courses fill quickly and have a waiting list so if you do not attend opening night, we will offer your seat to someone on that waiting list, unless you let us know in advance if you are unable to attend. You may register online, by calling the church office or by filling out a rack card and placing it in an offering box. If you register online, please be sure to print a copy of your confirmation and bring it to class with you on January 14. Online registration is the quickest way to ensure that you have a seat reserved, as space is limited. If you need financial assistance in order to attend a course, please indicate that on your registration form.
Schedule
Gospel School of Discipleship courses will be offered Wednesday evenings; to better accommodate family schedules, all classes (adult, youth, & children) will start at 6 pm and end at 7:30 pm. A simple meal will be offered for your convenience between 5 pm and 6 pm. You can pick up a meal and take it to your class if you are pressed for time. Yes, we encourage you to eat in class rather than coming late or missing a class because you did not have time to feed yourself or your children. To increase coordination of family discipleship ALL (adult, youth, & children) classes will begin and end on the same dates. You will notice a few courses run 6 or 7 weeks, they are coordinated with another 6 or 7 week course.
Wednesday Night Dinners
Dinner will be served from 5:00-6:00 p.m. before classes. Dinner will be available from the kitchen until 6:15 so that you can pick up a to-go box to take to class if you are running late. Cost of the meal is $6 for adults, $4 for children (11 and under) and $20 per family. Place your registration by calling the office at 891-2006 or email mintynorris@gmail.com. You must register weekly for the Wednesday night meal. The registration deadline is each Monday at noon. You may request a recurring reservation for the semester, but please be faithful to attend meals and make your payment accordingly.
